Training Log 4-10 Apr 16 Well folks, its blog time. This is one thing I never thought I’d be doing, just like I never thought I’d be running a half marathon. Just goes to show, we’re never too old to try something new. This week saw the official start of my training for the 2016 McDonald’s Townsville Running Festival. With my running partner (my wife Geraldine), we set a plan to run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with weight training Tuesday and Thursday. I’ve registered for the half marathon and Geraldine is yet to register, but I think she’s up for the 10km, so watch this space.
