There will be outside training (utilising our beautiful natural environment), home training, gym workouts, meal plans and bod pod sessions. Outdoor sessions will be conducted around the North Ward and Castle Hill area.

This 8 week program is open to Townsville residents only and will be conducted almost exclusively online via Facebook.
*must attend at least 2 sessions per week to qualify to win

Before you start your 8 Week Challenge, Paula will sit you in the Bod Pod and explain your results. PLUS you will receive a customised nutrition plan, designed especially for you. What a way to start your challenge!
You are invited to join a private Facebook group that Paula will update with healthy tips, tricks, and each week’s training schedule. That’s right, Paula’s knowledge at a press of a button.
Every Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday there’s group training, to really give yourself that extra push throughout the 8 weeks. We love utilising the beautiful outdoors and will reveal each location prior to the training session on our private Facebook group. The sessions will be held around the North Ward and Castle Hill area.
